Purchased credits not recognized – HTTP 400 error when uploading PDFs

Hello Airenamer Team,
I would like to report a critical issue with my account and purchased credits.
I recently purchased 200 credits in the Airenamer app. Unfortunately, the app repeatedly forgets that these credits exist. When I try to upload PDFs, the app returns an HTTP 400 error and the upload fails.
The only workaround I have found is to reload the credits manually each time by keeping the website open and re-syncing them into the app. This has to be done over and over again, otherwise the app behaves as if I have no credits at all. As a result, the core functionality (uploading and renaming PDFs) is effectively unusable for me.
In practice, this means the app currently does not work reliably despite having paid for credits. This is very disappointing, especially because it undermines the trust I placed in the product when I decided to spend money on it.
Please let me know how this issue can be resolved, and whether the credit recognition and upload problem can be fixed on your side. I am happy to provide additional information if needed.

Hi Fre. Could you please report this issue to hi@airenamer.app from the email you purchased the credits? If you can, a short video recording would be great to understand the problem. I just tried uploading a PDF by using credits and there was no issues so I need to know about your settings. There may be something wrong.
